The Instructional Design Process
Conducting a needs analysis is crucial to target learning gaps and training needs. During the kick off meeting the project team will identify if training is needed.

select content with subject matter experts
determine learner accountability and provide a level 2 and/or level 3 assessment plan
Create a design document and storyboard to support the business goal. Training will support closing the training gap through learning objectives and targeted actionable behaviors through a determined learning modality and learning tool.

Following the ADDIE model the team will receive an alpha, beta, and gold version of a course in the predetermined delivery method. The delivery method will support the targeted learning modality and authoring tool and be LMS and SCORM compliant.
